John Coggeshall

John is the CTO of Individual Digital, Inc. A former senior member of Zend Technologies' Global Services team, he got started with PHP in 1997 and is the author of four published books and over 100 articles on PHP technologies. His work has been published by some of the most prestigious names in the industry such as Sams Publishing, Apress and O'Reilly. John is an active contributor to the PHP core as the author of the tidy extension, a member of the Zend Education Advisory Board, and frequent speaker at PHP-related conferences worldwide.

Jim Dilorenzo

Jim is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. Jim has over twenty years experience in media and has built businesses in digital, sports, television and film. Jim's partners and customers have included many of the world's leading media companies, including Time Warner, News Corp., Viacom, Disney, CBS, Canal Plus, Electronic Arts and the Universal Music Group. In the digital realm, Jim created, the first social network built around the production of a feature film. In addition to, Jim helped build into a successful independent music community. A creative entrepreneur with global experience, Jim has distributed programming to over 100 countries and co-produced events on six continents, including Davis Cup Tennis, World Championship Boxing, and the Rolling Stones. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and is married with two children.

Kevin Dorry

Kevin is a co-founder of Individual Digital. Kevin has been involved with the Internet since 1993 and in 1996 founded Axis360, a web development and marketing company. Over the course of the next 12 years Kevin and his team at Axis360 built some of the most recognizable websites in the world. Kevin has been called on by such clients as Pfizer, Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, Yahoo!, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and American Express to help transform and grow their businesses online. His work has received numerous awards and has been nationally recognized in major publications and websites such as Print magazine and Communication Arts. Kevin is based in New York City. He is an avid runner, triathlete, cook and pilot as well as a father of two young daughters

Josh King

Josh is an accomplished web developer with experience in website design, user interface design, user experience, programming, pre and post video production, marketing, photography, sales and online strategies. Josh was a co-founder of the company that later became Dealerspan, a multi-million dollar web application for the auto industry and worked for 4 years developing and managing a team of developers. Josh has experience in online newspapers having been the online manager for a property of LEE Enterprises. Josh also served as senior web developer and multimedia specialist for Kinetic Marketing Group. Josh has served a number of other roles throughout his career including operations, senior designer, technology lead, creative director and online manager. Josh loves the outdoors, traveling and is married with two children.

Taylor Noguera

Taylor is an experienced digital marketing entrepreneur and agency executive, having most recently spent six years as Chief Marketing Officer at Special Ops Media as well as US Director of Business Development at LBi, which acquired Special Ops Media in 2008.

At LBi, Taylor was responsible for devising and implementing a strategic vision for introducing LBi to the US marketplace and leading all new business development activity.

At Special Ops Media, Taylor was the partner primarily responsible for product development, client acquisition and day-to-day operational oversight, where he drove significant top-line and net income growth, ultimately culminating in the sale of Special Ops Media to LBi.

Taylor's expertise and advice has been sought-after by top global brands such as Avon, Dell, Citigroup, MTV Networks, JP Morgan, Random House, Penguin Publishing and William Grant & Sons. He holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andy Stackpole

Andy is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. and has twenty-four years of mergers and acquisitions experience in the consumer products industry. Most recently, he is the founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Investment Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Trinity, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for many of the world's leading companies in the consumer products industry. Andy was also a Managing Director with Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the consumer products and media sectors. The majority of Andy's career was spent at SBC Warburg (now UBS) and its predecessors, where he was co-head of the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions department. Andy was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he was awarded an International Affairs Fellowship. He holds a BA from Trinity College, an MPA from the Kennedy School at Harvard, and an MBA (as a Fellow Nominee) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he lectures frequently on Corporate Finance.

Gordon Trotter

Gordon is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. A native of New Zealand, Gordon has been immersed in technology since graduating Victoria University in Wellington in 1995. Gordon began his career as a business analyst and consultant working with or for some of NZ's largest companies including The National Bank of New Zealand, Health Benefits Ltd, Gen-I (Formerly Computerland NZ) and The New Zealand Dairy Board. Gordon left New Zealand in 2000 to play semi professional rugby and eventually settled in New York in 2002. Once established in New York he created, Inc., a design, hosting and internet software solutions company. Gordon served as the CEO of 27east and provided services to a variety of companies across a broad spectrum of industries including Information Technology, Fitness, Real Estate, Media (online, offline and sales), Retail and Apparel. A seasoned entrepreneur, Gordon also founded, co-founded and helped established several other companies whilst building 27east. Gordon eventually sold 27east in 2007 but continued to provide freelance IT and Web consultancy services to the new owner and others until 2009, when he joined Individual Digital, Inc. Gordon is married with 2 children.

Yen Tse Yap

Yen is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc., previously, he was an associate at a private equity startup, Trinity Investment Partners, investing in branded consumer products companies. Yen graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Economics. He was awarded his college's highest undergraduate academic award in his junior year and won a Traveling Studentship to pursue his graduate studies in the U.S., Private and Confidential, for internal discussion only, not for dissemination where he earned a Master in Finance from Princeton University. If he has any spare time, Yen likes to swim, partake of archaic rituals like reading books, eat slow food, travel and photograph stuff in the world.
